My morning routine is also pretty similar. I keep my running shoes right beside the bed. Fix a glass of warm lemon water. Meditate for 15 minutes, praise dance and say my affirmations for 3 minutes, run 2 miles which takes me less than 20 mins now. For breakfast I always have a fruit and vegetable smoothie and finish my warm lemon water.
Then I pray with my husband again before he leaves for work.
Once you have a routine, you dont have to even think about what to do in the morning. It makes my morning way less stressful.
