The Social Media Analytical Assistant reports and measures consumer response across social media channels
Use multiple internal and third-party tools to pull data for assigned weekly and ad-hoc reports. Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative methodologies to tell a cohesive story. Visualize data in a way that is easy to understand. Ensure data integrity at all stages of analysis. Assist in presenting findings to internal teams as needed.
Assist in the administering of social media content and campaigns across all social channels including new emerging channels. Executes all administrative functions for the Social Media department including analytic reports, managing database systems, and other operational processes.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree
