Q: When can I expect my order?

A: After an order is placed, it usually takes 5-10 business days to be received.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! International packages usually take 12-20 business days to be received. Unfortunately, our price for shipping does not take into account any customs charges from your country.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, phone orders, or direct bank transfers.

Q: There is something wrong with my order. Who do I talk to?

A: Oh no! Please send a detailed message to cs@thequirkshop.com.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so before you receive a shipping confirmation. Please send an email with the subject “Cancel Order” to cs@thequirkshop.com and include your order number in the email.

Q: I ordered the wrong size. Can I get a refund or exchange my order?

A: Unfortunately, every product in The Quirk Shop is print to order, therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you have a special circumstance, please email us at cs@thequirkshop.com

Q: I only received part of my order? What’s going on?

A: If this happened, you most likely ordered a pillow or dad cap and a t-shirt or two!  

Q: Why do your crop tops only run through XL? Do you have something against plus size women?

A: Definitely not! Unfortunately, our current manufacturer only carries crop tops through size XL. We are actively looking for an additional manufacturer for this options, so please let us know if you know of a company!

Q: I want to carry items from The Quirk Shop in my store. Who do I contact?

A: Please send an email with the subject “The Quirk Shop Wholesale” to cs@thequirkshop.com.

Q: I want to start my own e-commerce shop. Any advice?
